I have 3 companies I’ve kept up that are currently not operating. Two that are 2 years, one 6.5yrs. Names of them do not matter as they’re registered in Oklahoma, and the name can easily be changed online for a $50 fee to Secretary of State. So change the name to whatever you want. Have equally aged Facebook pages for a 2 year and the 6.5yr. One company is a remodeling company and is registered with the gov as a veteran owned small business and to maintain that registration ownership has remain 51% owned by a veteran. Give me a holler.
When you buy one all credit lenders will know when you transfer ownership and they will treat it as a new enity
If you buy a shelf Corp from new Mexico they can't see the original owners. So you just put your name on the certificate of Formation.

You can start by adding vendor and supplier tradelines. However, if you have good personal credit you can add financial tradelines

You find a lawyer, lawyers always have em to be honest with ya boss. But there are websites , but the cons to the websites is banks can tell if you bought it online
