If you don't hate me yet, i'm hoping that did the trick ^_^
*The reason I didn't want to upload this video. You can tell i wasn't into it. Although i was really tired from school, i felt forced to make it, since it was the first time i had the house quiet and to myself in days. It's an odd feeling to upload something forever that you're not really confident of, but I hope it helped a few sleepers.

What is ASMR?
To me ASMR is an art form, just as a movie can put you in a different state of mind, so can ASMR. The difference being, movies achieve this state of mind as a byproduct, while ASMR strives to find those bits and amplify them. Over the years ASMR has greatly evolved from a simple tingle to a full body and mind experience. With an infinite amount of genres designed to help you, most popularly it can be used for relaxation, focus, motivation, stress and anxiety relief.
As the asmr community rapidly grows so does it's understanding. No longer is asmr a guilty pleasure but rather a scientifically studied and proven method of relaxation as a branch of meditation. As a follower of ASMR you know just how beneficial it can be first hand, and if you are new, I greatly encourage you to step into this new world with and open mind... just be sure you're ready for it to be blown.

Expired no he doesn't, his audio is much more clear. There's another person that sounds like this too I think it's ocean of sound of something like that! Some ASMRtist have white noise in the background or their audio just sounds different. It's the mic quality. Unless I'm the only one that notices this???

By reading your description I thought you should know this definitely helped me sleep :) I recently got into ASMR as I needed a solution to my slight insomnia. I suffer from anxiety which means I have trouble dropping off - too much going on in the brain department.
