GMC Chevy Third row Latch quick fix

Is your GMC Chevy third row seat stuck in the down or up position?
Do you think you have to replace the cable??? Check this part first before you take the seat out and tear it all part.
I did that and it wasn’t fun so I want to save you the headache, and the quick tip is within the first minute so you don’t have to watch the whole four minutes of “how to” if you don’t want!!! BONUS!

Must be 2007 or newer as it looks different than my 2004, Z71. I have 2 '04 Burbs and on both I have to pull back on seat back to release pressure on #1 lever. Then lift rear of seat with #2 releasing 3 floor anchors. You can keep third row seat pushed up by dropping the short support stand on the right side. Or to remove seat hold seat bottom about 6" off the floor and pull #3 loop to release front anchors while pulling back on steel handle. Hope it helps as many don't have owners manual to show how it works. Your video is great, Thanks for posting.
