Better than in a restaurant! Creamy salmon pasta in just 15 minutes! The perfect food masterpiece! 🕒🍲

My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (4-5 servings 🍝):
300 g tagliatelle (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
olive oil
4 pieces of salmon, diced
Roast for 2-3 minutes and remove from the pan
250 ml (1/2 pint) milk
2 tbsp flour
mix well
2 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
Add milk with flour
Stir constantly
Add 250 ml (1/2 pint) milk, little by little
salt pepper
Herbal mixture (depending on taste)
Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes
Pasta water
100 g (3.5 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Mix well
Add salmon
Add noodles
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
