Awesome video dude. Love the camera work and playing. I've been considering one of those Joyo bantamps kind of like yours. My local music shop has one used and it's tempting!

Great video. Glad I found it (have the pedal coming today). Really dig how into this you are btw. Really comes through and it’s refreshing to see. Will subscribe

Maybe a demo of this pedal with you playing the bass would be good too.

I have the sonicake version bitcrusher. It is too bad these tiny pedals don’t have connections or wire on the outside to connect with a 9 volt so one could attach it to a guitar or guitar strap, as it is too small to manipulate on the ground. Or, have connection cables from the batteries that power the fishman fluence.

They do sell a 9v battery to adapter plug short cable. I think amazon has a few. Just make sure the "center pin" is negative and the outer "sleeve" is positive as "most" pedals... including this one are wired that way. I am actually holding my "krush pedal in my hand right now looking at the polarity labeling . :)

You can get a 9-volt power adapter for most pedals I'm pretty sure it just plugs in that gives you on the end

Great review, randomly recommended by UA-cam, who somehow know I have one of these (mostly for synths/drum machines)... was interesting seeing someone else explore it and you have some nice tunes there too

I use it on a analog drum machine. It sounds best if you roll the big knob as you play because it really changes the quality of the sound nicely.

Maybe the intro of Wish you were here is a good example.

Hi! I love your videos. Thank you for making them. I need some advice…
I picked up a HotOne Krush because I want to use it to transform my voice for use with streaming/voice chat using a condenser mic. I have no intention of recording music into a DAW. I’ve been struggling to get this to work. Here’s what I’ve tried…
I have a reasonable xlr output condenser mic. I also have a cheap audio interface hooked up via usb to my laptop. I’ve confirmed the mic works when hooked up directly to the audio interface and can speak into it and be heard on the other end (in Discord) no problem…
However, putting the Krush between my mic and audio interface is the part I’m struggling with. I’ve tried an xlr to 1/4 inch cable into the Krush and a 1/4 inch to xlr male cable into my audio interface, and this chain is somehow removing my voice. I can tell that the audio interface knows the Krush is there because I can get the Krush to produce static/noise (without my input), but nothing I say into the mic is making it through the Krush. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to try only xlr cables with impedance adapters or something? Do I need more/different equipment if I don’t intend to use a DAW?

Is it your voice frequency? Have you tried it with a sound signal like a sustained keyboard note?
