As a Barista watching this, this just pissed me off. We work hard to try and get you through the line and on your way with your drink as quickly as possible. And for this guy to order what he wanted and to make them seem like they messed up is just fucking wrong. Especially since he didn't go back and pay and tell them it was for a video. If I were one of the baristas making his drink I would have made him pay for his drink or just made him tell me what he really wanted to order.

I work at Starbucks and when this usually happens (someones order gets messed up) it takes us 30 minutes minimum and sometimes multiple hours to catch up on the huge line thats waiting. I dont mind it but if people like you are faking it to get free drinks, thats just not nice. Its really stressful when we're working in here and we are doing our best to make sure customers leave with a smile even if it means being severely backed up and giving something without charging them for it.

As a Starbucks Barista this upsets me! we genuinely feel bad when we make a mistake or when there’s miscommunication, and when you take advantage it’s upsetting, especially cause there are people out there who actually can’t speak English and do their best to explain what they want. Plus, when you take long at the drive through WE get In trouble for exceeding the time that corporate wants for us to get you your drink.
