For UA-cam, u might try to upload as unlisted video and try to not use “Taylor Swift” “the era tours” and etc in video tittle. For TikTok, as I know the maximum length is 10mins, u might need to do a lot of editing work, put into different parts. One more thing need to sacrifice is your video has beautiful landscape view, I’m not sure if TikTok support full screen view now
