Telescopic Chutes

Bulk solid in powder or granular form is transferred from silo, hopper or conveyor to telescopic chute. It directly falls down through the inner side of the chute. The tank is filled by the product. Air content of the tanker is transferred through the outer piping of the telescopic chute. It is then discharged through the air vent. An optional filter system is used to filter the air. A limit sensor is used to stop the loading operation when the tank is full.

- Limit sensors to avoid overfilling
- Conical discharge fits for different tanker inlets.
- No spillage and no waste
- Materials with high temperatures about 250 C can be loaded.
- Materials in powder and granule form like cement, calcium carbonate, mining materials, fly ash, coal dust, gypsum, perlite, plastics, polyethylene, ceramic powders, flour, wheat sugar, salt, corn and seed can be loaded, filled or stocked by using telescopic chutes.
