I put my thoughts on him in the comment section tho, I’ll put it again here: I think he's above average for a character in general but below average for a Super Rare. He's got powerful attacks and 9 accel + 10 strength is bonkers, but he's also slow and has a mediocre boost. I'd still say Knuckles is usually (though not always) better. Knux is also significantly easier to max out.
