- In this episode we made our way up to Pekan, Malaysia for a 2 day jigging trip to target species such as mackerel, trevally and grouper.
The first half of day 1 was awesome, as we managed to catch a total of 20 mackerel. The second half of day 1 wasn’t the best but we still managed to catch a couple of grouper and squid that we ended up eating for dinner that night.
Do stay tuned for the next episode, as Day 2 of our Pekan trip we landed a variety of species at the Jubilee reef!

Can I check whether you need to attach wire leader to fc leader for king Macks?
You don’t need to use wire when you are jigging for tengiri. If you are baiting, then it would be best to use a bit of wire
