I try to test the Project, i download your source code, and open in my vscode, i'm started with "npm i" and install the dependences, but when i do "npm run dev", and acess the web, the crud dont work, i cant create something, request to load the page. Can you help me with this?

Why don't you use router.refresh() after made changes. But you have used router.refresh() your nextjs crud app
