The muscular one was Midori the blonde shredder as she's fondly known Miyako and Midori are known as M&M the greatest Guitar duo to come out in 30 years Midori also bodybuilds on the side and has placed @nd place in competition. The bassist Fami is new to the band she won the audition in 2022 after a yearlong hiatus by Lovebites after founder and bassist Miho who founded it with drummer Haruna who also was together with her in their previous band Destrose. The band is around since 2016 and released their first EP and album in 2017. At this point they have 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of live DVD/Blu-ray releases.
LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe back in 2018/2019, including the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. In 2018 they also won the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Award for best new band.
Then came Covid, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After that LOVEBITES came back with new bassist and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. New album with the same title came out in February 2023.
LOVEBITES finished touring in Japan a couple of weeks ago. Earlier this year in march they played their comeback show. This was their first live gig since 2021 and first show with their new bassist Fami. There are 4 videos on their YT channel from this show, including the live version of the song you’ve reacted to. I suggest „The hammer of wrath“ the first song of this concert for a next reaction. You need to see them performing live!

This band makes use of stereo with one guitarist on the left, one on the right. As I see you only have one earpiece I hope you were able to appreciate it all. 😊😊
We were plus I wear headphones when editing so I hear it multiple times by the time I post it. But it’s not possible to use 2 sets of earbuds when reacting.
I‘ve already explained it to them 😊 Their setup does not allow to use 2 headphones 😢 So they share the earbuds of one pair.
With only the right earbud in you sadly missed the solo of Midori the blonde guitarist. This and other things like parts of the drum work or the pending guitar effect at the beginning are only audible with both sound channels. For the full LOVEBITES experience I suggest using both earbuds for the next time. It will even sound much better …

All their songs have a message, especially a positive one. Asami always sings in English, it's just a bit hard to understand because her accent is quite thick. If you have subtitles available turn them on. :)

LOVEBITES was formed in 2016 by Miho(Ba) and Haruna(Dr), members of the band "DESTROSE", which went on hiatus in 2015.
The girls made their major label debut in 2017 (March 24) with "THE LOVEBITES EP".
On 18 June 2018, LOVEBITES won 'BEST NEW BAND' at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods 2018 awards organised by the British metal magazine METAL HAMMER.
On 4 August, LOVEBITES performed on the W.E.T stage at WACKEN OPEN AIR 2018, one of the world's largest annual metal festivals in Germany, with the 10,000 capacity venue almost full.
"Bloodstack open air 2018(Aug. 10)" also participated.
On August 20,2018, LOVEBITES announced that it has partnered with X-ray Touring, one of the largest players in the UK booking agent industry.
LOVEBITES toured the Netherlands, Germany, France and UK from November 13-21, 2018.

What a wonderful music video and reactions. However, I have one small complaint...I wish the video would have played to the end instead of ending in the middle. (Respect for musicians and video creators)
We watched fully to the end I just cut that little section out while editing is all. Sometimes I have to cut things for various reasons.

Take any song, and LOVEBITES won't disappoint you. There are no fillers or bad songs. Preferably live versions, their live albums are astonishing. LOVEBITES play different styles of Heavy Metal (power, speed, thrash, classic, ...), they've done fantastic songwriting to revive the old masters. Founded in 2016, they had an almost 2 year hiatus due to Covid-19 and the departure of their equally talented bassist Miho for personal reasons. In October 2022, they've added new bassist Fami, a (then) 20yo prodigy with a 700K UA-cam channel, and on Xmas 2022, this OMV of title track "Judgement Day" was released. In February 2023 the whole album, in March 2023 another live album, that was released in August 2023 (Part II in December 2023). In September 2023, they had a Japan tour, so the next logical step is a world tour. Two festival appointments are fixed until now: Spain in June 2024 and Atlanta, GA, USA, in September 2024...

Best japanese metal band by far for me, and they also have already so much songs out where none of them is bad, all are just great.
Next for me comes maybe "Unlucky Morpheus" but they are a bit hit and miss for me, like some songs i really like, others not so much, especially not those with male harsh vocals. So this is the style i like :

If you liked LOVEBITES (as you said),then why didn't you watch the entire Music Video? You pressed "Stop" early ... You trimmed almost 30 seconds of the video. Therefore, the meaning that the director put into this MV was largely lost

What was cut off : at the end of MV, Asami breaks a mirror with a sword. All the participants of LOVEBITES in black clothes are reflected in the fragments of the mirror. For some peoples, a broken mirror means serious changes in the fate of the person (or several people) whose mirror broke.
P.S.Judgement Day (for LOVEBITES this is their Album 'Judgement Day') after the band's resurrection ('We Are the Resurrection' ); a sword; a mirror broken by Asami that changes (after Resurrection) the fates of people ( band members ); Asami runs through the forest again (in the mirror); etc. - these are all links of one chain. Whoever understands this idea of Naoki Takeyama will look at the song and at MV differently. 🤗But the Reactors thought that it didn’t matter.🙄
