Hallo, I have a Hand Grohe Crometta S 240 at home and both my Shower head and Rain shower is dripping water. It’s not a leak from any joints but the water supply is not shut even after the valve is closed. Please advise me how to fix this
More than likely you require a new shut off valve as the current one is leaking internally (not completely turning the water off). Part number 30 at the below link...
