Just got my first LT Wright: a Genesis with the scandi grind, and I couldn't be happier! Also happy belated Father's Day! My daughter used to paint my nails too :)

Nice collection . I have several Bark Rivers and ive just gotten interested in L.T.Wrights . I have the large Northern Hunter and my buddy who was with me when i got it , picked up the small version . I wasnt aware they made an extra large . I want to check out the Gen 3 Kephart style . Ive been watching youtube videos about it and it really appeals to me .

From my LTs I had problems with the Bandit. Very soft AEBL and very thick edge (~1 mm). Bushbaby and Packer are awesome. Thanks for the video!

LT Wrights quality control out matches BRKT by a landslide

L T makes great quality knives. I wish they were easier to acquire and offered a greater variety. I currently have 3. Genesis flat grind in A2, GNS saber in A2 & Pronghorn in 3V.

If you didn’t know LTWright makes a custom kydex sheaths, you can choose colors and rivets, taco, pancake, tek lock, backer ect. In addition I have BRK knives as well. That convex grind they use is hard for me to sharpen. See ya

I think the only thing that does not compare to some other companies it that LT does not finish to such a fine grit on the grinders. Fitment and equal grind is on par with everyone else. But it is like they finish to a 400 grit belt where others go to a 1200 grit. Both work just fine and for a working knife it is going to get used and dirty no mater the level of polish.

Man I got to try one of all these knives. I’ve never heard a bad review on any of them and people who buy them are returning buyers

Who the hell is arguing that lt wright is lower quality than bark river?? I have owned like 6 or 7 of each company and alll the lt wrights are flawlless and damn near peerfectly symmetrical. All of the bark river have small inperfections, nothing that really affects the performance of the knife but they are noticeable

The sheath is just like bark river and my field knife I lost them because the leather got so worn and soft they would not secure knives. Great knife, but a total deal breaker of a no good sheath! good LUCK GOD BLESS

    Its Ohio.
Also how is the Genesis a gamechanger? Dont get me wrong its an amazing blade, great handle, geometry, materials, etc...I own that exact one actually. But a Mora Companion HD works just as well. Its just an overly fancy bushcraft knife. Which is ok to be.

Well, at least a game changer for me. It's by far the best wood processing knife I had until I made that video. But I totally get what your saying

@@sharpends4279 Sounds like you need a Terava Skrama 240 in your life.

@@DemoMan-fq9zi I just got my first Tarava! A Jääkäripuukko! It's incredible. How does it compare to the skrama?
