Parker pens is only for your pocket not for writing because ink is very light faded and dull colour which is not a sign of expensive pen. When parker charging high price so the pen will made up of full steel so why the top of parker vector is made up of plastic and arrow clip is made up of iron. And In case of parker vector roller ball pen refill is about rs 180 and they are non waterproof which is not a sign of expensive pen.
