सीबीआई के वकील कहना चाहते है केजरीवाल को जमानत न हो क्योकि जमानत देने का अधिकार सिर्फ मोदीशाह को ही हो वह बादशाह है इसलिए वे जब तक नही चाहते सुप्रीम कोर्ट उनकी बात ही माने

The bail is the rule and jail is the exception was nor implemented earlier days ,this rule has become more manifest in case of kejriwal who is vip.why they have not reached lower courts for bail.is there different yard stick for different persons ? Are all people not equal in the eyes of law ?
If trial and HC intentionally don't give any relief and justice then one has to go to supreme court for justice. ASG Raju is absolutely wrong with bad intentions

मेरा येह सवाल है सुप्रीम कोर्ट से,अगर cbi, ed, बिना किसी ठोस सबूत के, या सबूत पेश ही नहीं कर पाती, सुप्रीम कोर्ट की नज़र में यह गिरफ़्तारी वैध है??, सुप्रीम कोर्ट को अगर सबूत ही नज़र नहीं आ रहा, तो, गिरफ़्तारी तो अपने आप ही अवैध है, सुप्रीम कोर्ट लोअर कोर्ट को अपने से बेहतर मानती है??, पुलिस मुजिम्र को कॉर्ट मे लाती हैं, और यह बताती है कि येह समान मिला है, फिर कोर्ट उसकी गिरफ़्तारी वैध मानती है, सुप्रीम कोर्ट को, भारत के लोगों को बताना चाहिए कि, केजरीवाल से येह सामान मिला है, 😢

एस. वी. राजू साहब का यह कहना कि sc जमानत देगा. तो HC का मान कम हो जायेगा l उन्हें यह नज़र नहीं आया कि HC ने बगैर निचली अदालत के PMLA मे जमानत का आदेश कि कॉपी नहीं होने के बावजूद उस पर stay लगा दिया था. तब निचली अदालत का सम्मान कम नहीं हुआ.
