We moved to Four Corners 8 years ago. Absolutely love it. Only 10 minutes from Margaritaville, 15 minutes from Animal Kingdom, 40 minutes from Orlando Airport, and an hour from Tampa.
Four Corners is great for VRBO rentals on vacation. You did however say that it is unincorporated, when in reality it is a CDP, and has defined boundaries in mapping and even Zillow. I don’t know where you got that from.
It’s like living the best of both worlds for those who want to live close to the magic to enjoy it without living in the “middle of it” in reference to the feeling of living in the middle of tourist district.
We’re not moving anywhere but enjoyed this video. Our roof here in North Carolina is 20 or so years old. Nice to hear roofs can last longer than that under the beating-down central Florida sun. We have a few at least years left on our roof here in NC I’m thinking. Woohoo!!
Being from the UK, I’m confused and fascinated by the roof thing..... over here you only patch up your roof on the rare occasion it ever happens to get a little damage. It’s not something that you ever have consider usually, and you definitely don’t re-do it very 20 years or so as routine! Is this just a Florida thing because of the harsher weather? Or is it all over the US?
I live there in Lake county, this area was at one time known as citrus ridge, I can see and hear fireworks every night when they did them. 15 minutes to parking at WDW from my house. The town of Clermont ends north of Lake Louisa which is several miles from Four Corners that is called Clermont by the Post Office and as said it has no ties with the town as we are unincorporated. Love our area close but not to close to deal with the really bad traffic close to WDW. and everything you could want or need is just minutes away.
Claremont and just at 192 from 27 Davenport starts at 192 and 27 Orange county ends at Avalon Road and 192 LLC Ola county starts adjacent across the street on Westside Boulevard only on one side of the street where Polk Unincorporated Davenport.
Do you think y’all think could do an updated video on Four Corners? I think the price point has changed a lot since 2020, and there has been a lot of changes.
Does anyone know if these following apartment properties in orlando are any good? My wife and I are wanting to move to either "M2 at Millenia" or "The Morgan", both in orlando, not sure if there is anyone that's familiar with those two properties, but just thought I'd ask. Thanks
Zoning in one county might be a little different than zoning in the adjoining county. If you are considering a home in a developing area be sure to check the county zoning so there are no surprises after you move into your new home. If you are planning to have a home office make sure the zoning and the Home Owners Association (if applicable) allow for that. The four counties discussed in the show have user-friendly websites that can help in your decision making process. I live smack dab in the middle of 4 corners. 5 miles from Disney. I have been here 18 yrs and love it!

So cool that you mentioned Haines City. My mom lived there as a kid. I have fond memories of Haines City.
Would like to see some videos discussing apartments in Orlando.
Use a map to explain what you are talking about please.

Live Margaritaville their restaurants and movie theaters. .Four corners is the sweet spot for Central Florida in my opinion

Pretty much all over the US if using shingles. With the variety of weather, they take a beating, develop holes and lose their color.
Proud Four Corners resident here :) We are renting for now but are definitely looking to buy in this area soon!

Eventually that is where I want to move. That way I can drive to Disney without using I-4
If you deal with homes for snowbirds, I would love to hear what you have to say.
Go with tin for the roof. Or does tin work well in Florida?
Do you only sell houses or do you sell condos as well?
Windsor Hills is the best kept secret for Disney. 10-15 min drive, massive villas with private pools.
