I just found this. Nearly 15 years ago, I was stumbling through a music festival and saw some band who I didn't know (these guys) finishing up their set with some song (this song). It just stuck in my head. Specifically, I remember the line about "..... at the baseball card convention....." Mostly forgot about it. Except that little scrap of lyric and the underlying chords would pop up and flutter thru my brain from time to time. I don't know why. I didn't even collect baseball cards as a kid. I think I went once as a lad but found it boring and depressing. But I thought the lyric was clever and funny and melody was really catchy. Today, for some reason, it popped into my head again today. I don't know why. Something about conventions or music festivals triggered the memory. I finally decided to find out the song, and the band so I could actually listen again. Great song. Might have to check out the rest of Ozma's catalog.
wow. I discovered this band in 2005, around the same time someone showed me Weezer. Straight forgot about Ozma for a while and eventually assumed this song was on some lost Weezer album I once heard, until today....
My first OZMA song that got into into OZMA, then weezer, i love these two little bands.
Rock and Roll Part Three is one of the most overlooked, underrated, and underappreciated albums out there.

Was listening to this on Spotify while cutting the grass. Freaked me the hell out here, thought my dad tapped me on the shoulder.

@popp1nbottlez is because of Weezer, why they started a band :D

@popp1nbottlez I really hope this isn't a serious question.
He was making a joke. No need to respond seriously to a punchline. Imagine if every time you told a joke someone went, "....wait, really?"
This is awesome but the arrangement is horrible.
Ya maybe but it's still cool to me
What’s wrong with the arrangement?
He was making a joke.
