The siren sings her Song, tempting the sailor to stray to the edge of his boat, leaning over the edge. As she sings one more melancholic note the sailor falls into the water with a *splash.* The siren, still singing her mesmerizing lullaby, pulls the man under the water. Never would he float to the top again. Edit: This audio is super relaxing by the way!
Long ago, my grandmother fell in love with a sailor. Who then made her this necklace made out of pearls he found underneath a cave. She always wore it and never took it off until one day she lost it near the ocean. Years later, she passed and so did he. I later visited the same beach. As i was walking along the shore i started to collect seashells and next to a rock were dozens, so i grabbed as many as i could and there it was. I found the necklace. I decided to keep it and wear it to remember her and my grandfather and ofc their love story. Ever since, i’ve only ever dreamed about mermaids. Could the pearls have some sort of connection and possibly belong to one of them.. i’ll never know.
Like honestly if I heard this In the middle of the ocean I’d be like “no no no no this can’t be true they don’t exist I can’t believe it I don’t wanna die”
Just realized how few people know of this masterpiece. I have never been this persistent on an ASMR before. Until I found this sweet Siren willing to hum me to sleep. Shall visit often from now on^^^
I once went to the seaside by myself on a lovely summer afternoon in an attempt to beat the slimy humid heat of my old hometown. Upon arrival, I note that there’s hardly a place to begin setting up my own private spot. I kept walking down the sand for the better half of an hour until I noticed the people becoming sparser, the birds in the sky avoiding this section of the sand nearest the rocks and crags of the shoreline. I found out why as I was getting ready to take off later that afternoon. I had been alone on that little peninsula since I first got to the beach. So it struck me as odd that I would hear singing when I hadn’t seen anybody else walk past me on foot to do vocal warm ups. So I figured “why not look around and see what’s going on?” I don’t even need to go far at all. There’s a woman using the crags of the rocks as a lounge, a bottle of white rum in her lap. Her eyes are glassy, her smile one of a person who favors the drink more than anything else. I should also make note ... she wasn’t exactly well clothed. So while averting my eyes and leading her back to where people could readily help her - a majority of her form now drying off in my beach towel and cotton robe - I asked her questions to keep her alert and aware of what was going on. “Ma’am? Where you from darlin, what city do you call home?” “Saratoga..” “Huh, never been myself but I hear it’s lovely up that way. Ok hey! Hey, next question! What’s your star sign? Can you remember what your Zodiac is?” “Umma.. Leo..” “Same here, very nice.. so last question, alright? Where did you learn to sing like that?” “Sing whut..” “Like the way you were back at the rocks when I found you; your voice is-“ “Iunno what you mean, baby, but I wuzz not singing..” So that makes me wonder. If I didn’t meet a siren that day, did one want me to save that lady from heatstroke and being washed out to sea with the undertow? Do sirens have a good side?..

Wonderful humming and waves. Two of my favorite sounds. Very soothing. But, oh, the poor sailor! Once upon a time, and a long, long time ago it seems now, I brought my tape deck down to the beach at the end of the summer, knowing I'd be leaving soon. Like all my old cassette tapes, this one faded away, either misplaced or forgotten, and became a thing of the past. Your recent videos, aside from the wind-blown sand, tape hiss, and general lo-fi nature of the 80's, sounds so much like that old tape I played so often. And for the briefest moment, I remember being 16 again, hiking over the dunes, holding my puppy-love's warm hand and a laughably (now) large tape deck, away from the streetlights and the cars and rules out to the edge of the world where the ocean and moon made us all tiny, and tiny we huddled against the dunes from the wind, peering out in wonder at belief's horizon. So, thanks for sharing these videos. The work you put in is much appreciated.

Hearing her call for her love, yet they could not stay. He will always return from death, and she can never truly steal him, just singing her beautiful and melancholic song wishing for her love💔.

The humming is so beautiful it reminds of the humming song by Enya. I always thought, What If? Mermaids and Sirens existed. Being on a boat in the middle of the night on the ocean bed and all of the sudden you hear mysterious humming up ahead i would love to experience that and then this beautiful woman pops up out of the ocean infront of you in your boat and her humming and beauty is what takes you to the bottom of the ocean her home
I read comments about legends in their town that if you hear this you should run or you’ll be enslaved or something, but I swear this is so beautiful I’d just sit down on the sand and listen 😂 I think everything happens for a reason, maybe not always a good one, but a reason. I experienced going down a dark tunnel in the ocean.. at the end from a distance .....It looked liked ...I was swimming torwards someone’s eye. A really red eye, but I as swam down towards the eye...I landed on shore looking around a bit dizzy but the sun was setting the sky was red orange yellow fading into blue pink and purple. I saw black birds or just birds in the distance flying over and across a tower or castle . I wasn’t alone I felt guided, curious, shaken, but protect. But my eyes open as soon as I feel that feeling of protection.
