*These animals are not pets they are rescued wildlife undergoing a rehabilitation program at the Vervet Monkey Foundation in South Africa* - Домашні улюбленці та дикі тварини
Beautiful little soul, hope he gets a mother soon. Cannot understand why people want to have a wild animal as a pet, they need their own kind ❤️❤️🏴
Beautiful little monkey, you will get a new mommy and troupe soon💛💛
They are such precious little creatures who are getting a second chance at a normal life because of your organization.
Самая нормальная для них жизнь это жизнь на воле..👍
I definitely am gonna have to buy me. One of those Coffee mugs....so cute
The best!
Oh lord ! The horns were starting to come out of my head ! 😂 I thought you were gonna say one of those monkeys .... phew ! 😅

OmGoodness...so frickin CUTE!
The cuuutest !
♥️
When I first stated watching baby videos I wanted one. So I startd doing research. They do best with other monkeys. Along with everything else I found out. Needless to say....I DON'T have a pet monkey. The very best you can do to take care of them...is not enough
PAPA WHAT BIG TEETH YOU HAVE.
Qual é a raça desse macaco?
They are vervet monkeys.
I AGREE, MONKEY CANNOT BE A PET, IT HAS TO LIVE FREE IN THE FOREST AND WITH HIS PACK AND NOT ALONE STUCK IN A HOUSE, WEARING CLOTHES AND A DIAPER, EATING SWEETS AND HUMAN FOOD UNSUITABLE FOR HIM.
There is a man on You Tube that says he is a rescue and a Sanctuary. He is very abusive to one of the Green Vervets. He says he has to do this abuse to become Alpha. He picked Mojo up and threw him through the cage and then kicked him. A sanctuary in Florida said it was fine and that Vervets can take a lot . I am sick. He lives in Tennessee
He lives in Nashville, Tennessee in a rented house. The two Vervets are in a cage in a one car garage with a baby kangaroo. The house is centered on a total of 1/3 of an acre or land. He also has 3 baby spider monkeys in cages outside, under an awning. He does not have a sanctuary. He uses the baby monkeys & vervets (Mojo & Maya) to rake in thousands in donations. Again, he does NOT have a sanctuary, he lies about it to get sympathy and donations. People have reported him to PETA, USDA, Nashville animal control & LadyFreethinker.
@@Bilytkid EXACTLY...I am one of those people. I hope to GOD we can take him down. He is a MONSTER. I personally have been around Mojo and Maya.
@@Bilytkid Oh wow that's crazy! I follow him on Instagram... well I haven't seen any of his content in month. That's horrible I never knew he kept all those animals for one, and that he was abusing them. I don't like it when people keep monkeys as pets, but I really thought he rescued them. I'm reporting him now!!!
@@earthmother1917 I've seen videos of them on Instagram, I felt like Maya's behavior was a little odd.. like she's not happy. How were they when you saw them in person? I'm about to report that man smh
Who is this please so I can do the same….. nobody should be allowed to keep any primate or apes…. They are intelligent and sociable they belong with others of their own kind and are not supposed to live alone or with humans a sanctuary like Monkey World in Dorset in the uk is ideal for rescued ex pets as they have the welfare of the animals as top priority… it is a proper sanctuary as is the VMF who rehabilitate then release into a troupe….. there should be no place for fakers 😡or breeders for that matter…..they are definitely not PETS
Очередная жертва
Another comment from someone who hasn't bothered to take a look at the channel and who never will. It's more 'fun' to make comments like this one instead.
I understand the possibility that you are sick to your teeth of the abuse all over social media ! It's pretty standard at this point that where ever you see a monkey and a human the monkey is being exploited and is a victim ofcourse, unfortunately more often than not ! But this is a proper legit sanctuary and this baby monkey and his family have already been victims, more than likely his mother has been killed already !! He is in the process of getting a foster monkey mum here he will be transitioned into his very own troop ! It really is refreshing, it would do your heart good to take a look at this channel especially if you have witnessed the other toxic stuff that pops up! Bless you
Well I see a zillion people owning them, not me ,no thanks I c the reason
Remember the 18 month rule. It's byebye
???? 🤔
This is a proper sanctuary.
The monkey will be living with a monkey foster mum in a troop by then
@@maxine3587 Hi! I've seen some pretty strange comments over the years, but this is the first time I've heard the expression "18 month rule." I figured out what they meant later on. Glad you set them straight!! 🙂 🙋🏻♀️👍

Its frustrating thay people don't at least click on a few videos, to get the feel of a channel and its content, but i suppose it comes from frustration at some of the awful channels.
Still riles me, though.
@@maxine3587 Hi! I know, right?! I feel the same way. You're right about the not clicking and also the reason. I totally agree!! In fact, the only other 'monkey channel' I watch is the channel of the Japanese man, Kiyo, who used to film the Snow Monkeys at @Jigokudani Park, in Japan, but now films wild troops of them in the highland forest. Yesterday, for the very first time ever, I saw a comment on one of his videos, talking about why the monkeys aren't fed since "humans have taken them." Man, the guy has years and years worth of videos, just like the VMF does, but these kinds of comments still show up!! I think the thing that bothers me the most is that 99% of the people who you or I respond to, totally ignore what we say!!
Sorry it took me so long to see your message!! I hope you have a great weekend!! Ciao for now!! 🙂 🙋🏻♀️
Looks like a pet to me
This is a Sanctuary that rescues monkeys. They are not pets. This little one will get a foster monkey mom and a new troop to live out the rest of its life within a troop. They are not pets.
A baby can't be left alone for hours, it would stunt their psychological development. Notice the caretaker isn't trying to bond with the baby
@@earthmother1917
Because they want to get the baby as independent as possible, so it can transition into a troop and bond with a foster mum.
And there isnt one caretaker.
There are paid staff, volunteers, the founder and his wife.
They have been running the sanctuary for around 30 years.
Exactly they say not pets but it sure looks like their pets hmm SMH
Looks like yall have more male orphans
