I’ve been watching several of your videos and I want to thank you for the work you’ve done to bring us these vans and bring back good memories. As a child my dad bought a 1972 Chevy van “open road” camper conversion. As a family we traveled all over North America. I loved that van. It was nearly forgotten until your videos got me juiced back up and now I’m dreaming up the perfect van build. I’m feeling like vanning may be on the verge of a comeback.
These vids are priceless to me. I watch them over and over. Closest ill ever get to real American vanning scene. Nothing like it here in south africa. 😕
Vivan los grandes shows de CUSTOM VAN Y LAS CONVERSION TAMBIEN queremos muchos eventos más para los años que vienen y muchas Felicidades por sus lindos videos son recuerdos para la historia Beautiful people Thank You.
I wouldn’t say I have a van problem, because I can quit any time I want, but….. need to make it out next year! Looks like a nice gathering. Wish there was a calendar of events to check out in Florida.
I've had a blast watchin this coverage of your show! I just accidentally got me a 62' Econoline and gonna git it going and out on the road in the next two years say! So lookin forward to cruisin it! Thinkin on replacing the 170 with a 300 so's I can pass a dang car! Lol Sure miss my 69' GMC Handyvan I had for eight or so years back in the eighties! Orange and brown metallic with a four-bolt 350, 4/11 gears and the original three on the tree! Lol It had fat slots on the back and skinniers on the front. It was mostly done up in the mid seventies by a buddy of mine that had fought in Vietnam. I had many 'formative' experiences in that van back then and wouldn't trade all those memories for the world!
I been watching you guys for about 4 years and I want to get my dad's Dodge van van cleaned up and road worthy for out of state travels it's pretty much the only thing that I have of his scene he passed away I prefer riding shotgun in the van with driving up north to are cabin we use to have been setting for about 5 years some family members we tell me to get read of it scrap it I tell them all to get lost and worry about your own ride because it has more sentimental value and good memories old Dodge never left us on the side of the road an dodge doesn't make normal style van's like that anymore and it still starts up every time and take it out for a ride once a week and know if I ever need to drive it if my Durango would have a problem I could I just getting really irritated how you know who he's trying to jam the electric vehicle down her throats I'm old school and grew up going on family vacations in dodge vans every scene early 80s and I really miss them day's dad loading us up in the van and going up north in Michigan in them van's going camping and I want to cruise in a vehicle that I want not what over paid politician thinks I should drive sorry for the long story but you an Jill remind me of my dad and mom they grew up in the 70s and that's why I love old school rides they had style and personality or make it to your personal and like the way they ride so with my dad's help from up above and get my heart back into it like he's standing in his garage with me like we use to God bless you guys and and the rest of the vanners of the red white and blue
Question would a surburban be considered a sister to the vans I have one and these videos have given me a lot of ideas for it and I would like to bring it to a run this year.
