This video is stunning. You have a beautiful life. I've been researching hiking and walking for fitness. Its so great and pretty much cured my anxiety attacks. And free and easy to do anywhere. Along with weight watchers and walking/hiking since December I'm down 15 pounds and my legs and butt have gotten so shapely. It's a great long term exercise that anyone can stick with. I'm over the crazy bootcamps and strenuous exercise where you lose all progress a week after you stop them. That's just not realistic for me to keep up with.
I loved how you talked about getting a dog, and all the thoughts about it. When you are getting a pet you also need to know you are available to them. The dog is not only there to entertain you. Love your responsibility and organization.
Julia, in all honesty, you could post videos of you cutting your toenails or you straight up flipping through TV channels and I'd watch. Hahahaha. I'm a loyal follower and I've been around from nearly the very beginning. (Take THAT bitchez 😘😼)
I don't like the gym. I love love hiking and nature. I am getting a puppy (boxer) in 2 weeks. She is going to be 8 weeks old and we pick her up. We are exciting about having our 1st puppy. It's probably true about a dog kind of tying you down...but we have 2 kids so its almost the same. We will just take our dog everywhere with us, anywhere permitted and sometimes we can leave her with family members that can dog sit for us. It is a responsibility but the rewards are worth it. I had a dog when I was a teen a long time ago and loved him so much!
Thank you! We are so excited! We never thought of having a dog because of the same dilema...it's a lot of responsibility and we like to get up and go. Now it will be harder but so worth it. We have kids and we do a lot together like hiking, fishing, camping, beach etc and all those things we can do with our puppy!

lately i've been playing video games and studying a lot, and completely forgetting to go for a walk and relax. now i can't do much else right now because of an accident i had with my knee, but in a few weeks i'll be running again! i live in cologne (a city that doesn't have a lot of scenery) so im used to walking in parks or from train station to train station. I've been to austria for hiking and skiing and it was beautiful. I'd love to go to switzerland though!
lol Julia sees gorgeous flowers, I see dandelion weeds. The little white ones were pretty. And the landscape is very pretty. I think I take that for granted where I live. I am in quite a rural area so I have natural beauty all around me but I tend to not see it that way because I see it every day.

You should do a "visit Switzerland" video. You have shown such breathtaking places in Switzerland and I think it would be my next travel destination. I just can't believe how expensive it is. I live in Denmark, so it's not even that far away, but when you don't have a car it can be really expensive ☹️

My Mom And Dad honeymooned in Lucerne Switzerland a long, long time ago, I had a chance to visit the Salzburg when I was about 15, which also was a long time ago. Lol The country is stunningly beautiful, then and now. I stayed in Oberalm Austria for a few days, another gorgeous country. We hiked up a mountain where you could look one direction into Germany and the other back at Austria. Compared to the new blandness of America, most of Europe is like a fabulous movie set, everywhere you look is something stunning. The scenery, the architecture, the statues and fountains, the churches. I went to 5 countries that summer and met the nicest people along the way. I would recommend to anyone if you get the chance to travel and see some of the world, take it, you'll have the best memories.

What's the temp normally like in the spring in Switzerland? I live in a place that's 90-100+ degrees Fahrenheit 3/4 of the year so I avoid the outdoors unless it's early morning. Wish I had those stunning views!
It's not to the same scale, but I know what you mean about visiting somewhere so many times and always being blown away by its beauty. I live on with the Malvern Hills on my doorstep and every time I go up I just gorm out for hours at the views 😂
Du lebst in einer soo schönen Gegend. hier in Deutschland gibt es auch schöne Ecken, aber da wo ich wohne ist es eher so Mittelmäßig schön 😂 Wir haben 4 Hunde und sie machen uns so viel Freude. finde es schön, dass du auch darüber nach denkst, aber es muss halt klappen. wenn man mehr als einen hat, hat man auf jeden Fall ein besseres Gefühl beim länger alleine lassen. zwei wären doch eine Überlegung wert. After watching your post I fought the urge to sit in front of the TV and went for a 3 mile walk. my view is not as beautiful as yours but it's not bad.
Why don't you offer to be a dog walker for someone you know. You can have your walking buddy and not have to worry about who is going to take care of it when you're not around.
Well, I would want to really bond closely with the dog and have it as a true companion, not just a random dog I'm walking. I have walked dogs before of course, my in-laws have always had dogs.
