½ cup good-quality extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon’s zest and juice
½ cup sugar
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup almond meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups seedless grapes
Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting
