i disagree old morde was insanely strong, i had over 300k mastery on him beforre the rework. His lane had zero counters, he could scale in any lane and poke, he didnt have to alll in. It's probably the bug where purchasing and undoing the purchase of Experimental Hexplate retains the 30 Ultimate Ability Haste, so if you repeatedly buy and undo it, you can stack ultimate haste (up to 500 Ultimate Haste if I recall correctly).
I mean it's rito, what are you gonna do about it? They always end up giving ap items and most mages a little bit too much love. Even in this season most mages have 2 items powerspike and i bet for the upcoming season mages can oneshot with just 2 items. So balanced rito, so balanced
