Seems like they've really worked hard to make this a step up! The look still isn't quite for me but I can see the qualities of it and why people would love it :)
Real nice case. If a PC case does not come in white... I'm not interested. Much easier to build in with these old eyes. This case in white looks real nice. Amazon US is selling it for $129.99. Thank you Thermaltake for sending it over for Mike and Lady Kath to review. Thanks for sharing guys. Take care. Cheers
Very interesting case and the design and quality shines thru. I did get confused over airflow as gpu fans blowing against inlet yet you proved it cooler and faster👍One to consider wen replace my F15! Thanks for reviewing Mike and Kath 🐈👍
Nice. On my Tower 100 the magnetic rear slip cover works well catching dust as I use a 140mm fan intake so it blows cool air on the back mobo where a m.2 nvme sits nicely.
I finished a build on tower 200. Negative pressure, 280 AIO for exhaust. and 3 140 fan for exhaust. Utilize all filters surface to pull air.. I have removed the right panel filter as you did, then block the non fan blowing area to avoid sucking back air from the right panel.
@@mikesunboxing I just failed, the fan flow idea is not working. VRM overheat. Finally I put back the filter. 280AIO+ 3 140 FAN are still doing exhaust. The right panel will suck air to VRM... Don't Block the side panel for Exhaust setting...
Great review of the case. Thank you. I ordered my Tower 200 with the LCD display and it will be here in a couple days. Wish I had a 4090 to put in it but my 3080ti should fit nicely. Looking forward to the build.
I just bought a MSI PRO A620M-E ProSeries for 96$ cad (open box, will see!) and 32gb of ddr5 6000 for 117$cad. Now, I need to find a cheap CPU to try it and that would have make a nice case for it. But I have an empty case here that does nothing, so i will use it. But this case is really nice and a change from rectangular case! 👍
@nboxing i read about some graphic cards have temperature problems when mounted in this vertical position cause heat pipes sistem doesn't work in the perfect way. What do you think ? Can you measure the max tickness of the graphic card retemption sistem (bracket) can handle, please ? Thanks in advance.
I like the case but the only thing I don't like is is no screws to hold the panels down as I carry my case to the back porch to clean every 3 months. If I bump the front panel wrong while carrying it would fall to the floor just like the sides. There should be a way to lock the down so they don't fall out. Like that they use real screens for dust filters.
Should not have to and if I just moved my case and they fall of when I just wanted to dust around it who's fault would it be as they should be secured all the time.@@mikesunboxing
Thinking of using this case for a build. Can you comment on the fan header situation? Since we’re dealing with itx boards I worry with all the case fans, aio, additional intake, etc. most mobo’s gonna have 2-3 fan headers at best. Probably a good idea to grab a few fan splitters yeah?

Flippin LOVE the Tower series ! Great to see a change from the norm. Aye it costs a bit more but look at it....its GORGEOUS !
it is a much better option than the tower 100 for the increased flexibility, definitely one for the short list when building MATX or ITX

This is my sort of case! Great video thanks Mike.
Glad you liked it! not a bad price either and plenty of room
thanks for the review, will receive this case today cant wait!
Hope you enjoy it! Post some build pics on the discord

lots of colours have just been released also 6 in total i think
@@mikesunboxing Thanks Mike. I did see the white one. I really like that color. See you in the Stream. Cheers
See you later Rick!@@rickh8380

Luv the name.
Great look at the Thermaltake case. Low profile 15mm thick fans will work a treat in these smaller cases to help with clearance.
good idea

What are your overall thoughts on the case and the build in general

hope it all goes well,, what colour did you go for?
@@mikesunboxing I went for the Racing Green. I have built so many black computers I thought green would be nice for a change.
I love Micro ATX I didnt realize the 200 was mATX now. I want one.
well it isn't officially MATX but there are many reports of boards fitting
You also needs a solid and strong wood table to keep this heavy cabinet.
it isn't actually that heavy, around 8KG empty
I don't like the case, but I like Mike & Kath, so I have added a LIKE.
Thanks 🙏
nice mike very nice
thanks darren
Would make good testbench,if stripped of all the panels, and was half the price!

i like it, the option for MATX or ITX in such a small footprint is awesome
great review. What about putting the right side bottom fan on the psu shroud and not on the right side to make a better chimney effect ?
yeah that wound probably help a bit, thanks for the comment and watching the video

Does this really support a micro ATX board? Their website says it doesn't.
yes but front panel io connections are tricky to wire up against the GPU side edge

I dont think this case is my cup of tea tbh but another great vid mike useful for someone buying this to do a build 👍⭐💪
Fair enough!
Should be noted that matx will not allow larger GPUs like the 4080 or 4090 unless you water cool.

the included fans are 4 pin pwm, so a hub or splitter might be useful for some motherboards if they lack ports
Any suggestion if I would want to add a 360mm...can the shroud be removed? thanks
Pretty sure without a lot of modding a 280mm is the biggest in here
Thank you, on some videos it shows to have a couple screws in the back that could possibly be to remove the plate on top of the psu...
If the motherboard has onboard wifi, will the antenna get in the way of the top lid?
no you should be able to point them to avoid that
Got a question, if I may. Do you prefer the intake for GPU paired with intake or output for the CPU AIO?
Thanks
i am not sure exactly what you are asking sorry. are you asking if i would add more fans to the gpu side as an intake? i don't think it is possible
This case is asking for right side AIO exhaust. Bottom and back(when possible 2 fans) intake, top exhaust.
*Great video, looks like a fridge/vending machine quite quirky*
Yes it is a bit different which is something the pc industry needs
Tower 100 or 200? Wich is better for you?
for me the 200 gives more options but it is a lot bigger
