I just create my own formation. I don’t copy and paste. That’s what is legit about this game. You can be creative your own way. It’s your club squad. But my god the defense on 45 is going to get you 1v1 mostly. It does work, I tried it but my best formation is 4-3-3 the one with CAM. Attack is insane. The CAM is main back up striker besides the ST. I play tiki taka. Don’t like width being far out for passes. It gets intercepted often. Defense on 30, defense push is 40, offense width is 35. Balance , Balance, and Forward runs. Works like a charm!

Those goals are terrible. It should take 100 times more skill to score than it does on FIFA 23. FIFA 13 was the last time this game was decided by skill vs skill. Greedy EA just wanted to even it up so everyone can score yay!

Yes the 4 2 2 2 is goated been using it in career mode
It was OP in FIFA 22 for my Marsielle career mode, but it was less effective for my Dortmund Career mode in fifa 23

Not really an attacking formation, it’s used because it’s so balanced, 4321 on the other hand is amazing for scoring

why if tactics don't work, you can put RB or LB overlapping but since the game is scripted, they don't go forward specially when using small teams.

This is ok for attack but once u get a corner you get countered so easily and on defense you get slammed 😢
