In Skardu there is a Buddhist site called Buddha Rock Manthal. Unfortunately you guys missed that one 😔 If you wanna see that rock, I made a complete video on it.
One spoke person is saying they convince to convert into Buddhism but it is totally wrong. The whole was hindu & Buddhist religion that time Islam was not there.

more sites than that of any other traveller, it is possible to trace the route
followed by Am®tendrålaµkåra along the Upper Indus for about 50 km
from Shing Nala via Gichi Nala and Hodur ending up at Thor.
Among the travellers tracking along the Upper Indus were also three
dharmabhåˆakas, “Reciters of the Law” whom we meet in two inscriptions found at the site of Oshibat25
