According to TASS, the missile strike was apparently carried out by the Ukrainian military.
The Telegram channel Baza said that a missile struck Chernomorneftegaz's Tavrida floating drilling rig yesterday night, creating a hole in the platform's helipad. An emergency services spokesperson for Crimea informed TASS earlier.
