Why? Are you easily pleased? Food at dinner- poor. Food at breakfast- cheap and nasty. Crew from the far east- untrained. Crew from Italy- aloof (I love Italy but not this boat...I suppose it isn't really Italian). Crew from South Africa- opinionated and not on same wavelength. Easily, by a huge margin, the worst holiday my wife and I have ever had. First and last cruise.
I went on this ship it was amazing cruise and pretty cheap for being 7 nights in summer! It was really good but don't book the cabins at the back of the ship its just a nightmare the ship rocked a lot apart from that I slept really well despite everything. I recommend it as an excellent ship but don't book the aft cabins believe me

We really would like to go on a cruise ship now last one were from Genoa to Durban 2019. It's so unfair what China has done to us with this COVID19! We are on pensioen now and would love to do the holidays we LOVES SO MUCH!

My wife and I booked a very expensive cruise on the Orchestra in 2013. Our first and last cruise. Never again. What an awful way to waste your holiday time.
@@Sandracm1. the negatives create a long list. The main positive was that it was a Western Mediterranean cruise so we were able to disembark almost daily. A lot of the staff spoke very little Italian or English.
Worst experience ever. February 2019. It chrashed w/ dock and other ship right leaving Buenos Aires. From there they changed the itinerary so we skip Búzios and got only a couple of hours in Rio. To recover some time they put the throttle in " ludicrous speed " so it was rock on a craddle. Everything crowded with angry passengers.
These ships are abominable. Spending a holiday just walking daily one of those large, crowded, soulless shopping centres would possibly be less painful than one day on any of those monsters.
This was probably the worst MSC Ship I’ve been on. I’ve been on many of them and honestly, it wasn’t that great. The service was absolutely horrible, and there were very very little activities. The food was also not up to their usual standards. Well, it was like this when they came to my country. Not at all like the video.
