I started recognizing that I am not my body but actually the space around me . I started taking deeper breathing feeling the real me . The presence.

How does a Course student ask a question about the Course to a Course Teacher if it's all an illusion?

These teachings are beautiful but it seems just impossible to practice 😢 I am studying all this a lot, praying, doing my best to practice but I am just not able to stop judging. Any advices?
You're trying to keep Amanda (your name?) and be a holy ego.
You cannot identify as Amanda, an ego, and not judge. There is nothing to Amanda other than judgements!
Instead you look at the judgements WITHOUT JUDGING YOURSELF for them.
What's looking at the decision to be Amanda the judger without judgement?
It is not Amanda.
It is Present Moment Non-judgemental Awareness.
There is no judgement here.
This is not about going around all day with no judgements. If you could do that, you wouldn't need ACIM.
You wouldn't need the Miracle to remind you that you are not a person, an ego.
You are Awareness.
This is the Holy Instant.
@@acimwithkeith Thank you for your reply! I guess I will keep praying and hoping for miracles. I am doing my best to not keep "Amanda" and her stories but it's not happening. And I am looking at all her judgements but I am judging myself for them. I think it's awful. It feels awful. And I hate the emotions that arise such as fear, guilt, anger, hate... So I keep judging everything! I guess only miracles will help me.
@amandaroncatobatista2727 no, the miracle is established by looking at your decision to be a separate self that judges everyone WITHOUT judging yourself for it.
Only that allows your awareness of a non-ego Presence in your mind.
It is what is looking at the ego without judgement. It is Pure Awareness.
You cannot know your identity as Awareness, the miracle, until you look at the decision to be an ego WITHOUT judgement.
You must look at the "tiny mad idea" of separateness WITHOUT calling it sinful, evil or guilty.
How can an illusion be guilty?
@@acimwithkeith Ok, it makes sense. But how do I look at the decision to be an ego without judging myself for it if I am judging and considering it awful? I am just not being able to stop the judgment. Will this happen at some point if I keep studying the Course, listening to your videos, praying, etc.?
I'd suggest you do the mind training of the Workbook Lessons of ACIM.
