If you’re not interested in listening to this man’s journey, mindset, outlook, reformation, philosophy (“again”) then move on. Fourth time around and he’s just as enlightening, interesting and GENUINE. People could learn a lot of they engaged their ears and brain in unison.

Can’t skip a process
There’s a long process of understanding and undoing ahead there. Im glad to hear the limbic being acknowledged. Emotional regulation is a part of the process, but, first we need to set our honesty free. Lots of layers of internal study right there. Freedom isn’t free.
There’s no short cuts and focussing on money is the quickest way back to bad mental health.
Sounds like Marvin might be on the way.

Marv, what you said about trauma is so true. Please try and get in touch with Ella Mccrystal and get on her podcast. Its not the same stuff, its different as she is a psychotherapist or psychiatrist, i cant remember which sorry ❤. Obviously only if you want to, but she is incredible at unpicking trauma and past experiences. Big respect to you always!

I am related to someone who has no conscious he isn't a youngster anymore and he will never change. He is from my dad's side of the family my uncle. I was lucky enough to have my mums genes as well as being brought up in that environment but I know it simmers there. It is hard to suppress it with my fat arse every day.

Let’s be honest Marvin built a reputation as a dangerous bully.
