In Python, a sequence is a collection of objects, arranged in a particular order. A sequence can be either a list, a tuple, or a string. Sequences are iterable, meaning you can loop over the elements in a sequence one by one.

But lists are mutable so, new list is created. Plz ma'am clear this doubt

Suppose L is a list having 3 elements
L=[11,22,33]
for i in L:
....
In the above statement, for i in L, i is an iterable variable... One by one elements from L will be assigned to i.
Firstly, i will have value 11, then 22 and then 33

Mam, I have a doubt that List=List+"python" statement is giving error but List+="python " is working ,..although both the statements are same...kindly explain
W.r.t. lists:
+= needs an iterable on the RHS, and appends() each element of this iterable to the list of the LHS. As the basic operation being performed is append(), it modifies the existing list and does not create any new list.
+ needs both the operands to be lists. Thes lists are concatenated and a new list is generated. This new list is assigned to the variable on the LHS.
