I agree, but with opinion that if is the fight over influence. The historical intention is to control behaviour and as part of it information. Nowadays there are parts: what is said, how heard, conclusion made. Of course there issue if it at least been seen or does someone force to behave like it never seen. And such I don't understands authors definition of free speach and its omnipotent power to resolve problems. As already mentioned fact, there are already copies of tiktok. Why not address mechanics, rather than targetting one foreign company?
