When Charlie said, don't you know how to reject someone? I was like, ain't it the truth. Most of the men in these stories are horrible and only care about themselves. They are not worth crying or waiting for. Helen waited to confess her feelings for Dominic for 6 years. Look what happened. He took credit for it and confessed to Lillith. He basically took advantage knowing Helen was going to confess to him. What a douche. 6 years of crushing wasted on a douchebag. Scum. Sacrificing Helen to make Lillith feel secure? Secure about what? Dominic is there, so why does Helen have to go? To humiliate her? Dominic got the love he wanted. Now that Charlie is interested in Helen he wants to stand there with a dark expression? What's he got to be so upset and jealous about? He knew Helen liked him. Yet he did this to her. Charlie, on the other hand, had that scene where he took Helen on a date to a food stall. Proved what kind of guy he is. Different from most male characters in these stories. Whether it's a food stall, food truck, or fast food restaurant, sounds good to me. Sounds way better than going to an expensive restaurant and eating food that's not good. Sounds like a good date to me.

Why can't Helen be firm and say No like really NO NO No she know that Dominic is a scam and Lilith is so pretentious and annoying yet she keeps on tolerating them over and over again 🙄🙄🙄
The men they originally liked in these stories are assholes. He declares his love to the other girl and when the narrator takes the hint and decides to move on with her life, he gets frustrated and angry because she doesn't pay attention to him anymore. Go take a hike, dude!!
Didn’t think much of the story, heard better from this channel. Also, anybody else think that the pictures of the dark haired guy looks a lot like a young Henry Cavill.

I'd rather date at a food stall with the man's focus on me than some fancy restaurant with him thinking of someone else.

Yeah, that's really annoying. They don't want her but they don't want her to be happy with another guy.
