@@thomashalterman5231 No, not in any capacity. I had a run in with some deputies who wouldn’t let me bring my iPad into a courthouse because “the sheriff said so”, like the sheriff is God or something. I had to get to the bottom of that.
@@danboquist ok, fair enough. But that's a lazy ass answer for courr security to provide. Aside from being inaccurate (Sheriff's office doesn't control courthouses ANYWHERE) the truth actually sounds more impressive and less "police state" - "sorry sir, but that's by order of the Chief Judge." Also has the added advantage of 'not us, WE don't make the rules."
@@thomashalterman5231 I’ve come to expect little from cops insofar as knowing much about anything. I ask different ones regularly.. “Under what condition(s) is/are you legally allowed to initiate a Terry Stop. Not one has gotten it right yet. Oh well..
I don’t think that the dumb deputy even knew what an Administrative Order was. 😝
WOW! That deputy was so stoopid he would forget to breathe if it weren't involuntary. I'm surprised he found his way back to the building.
Your name checks out.
@@CitizenStandpointNews I'm tickled to receive your approbation.
Welcome!
im confident ... that this is a perfect example of a waste of our tax dollars
I would dispute that. There's much worse videos on my channel, but I like the praise you heap on this one none the less. Like, Share, and Subscribe if you haven't already. Thanks for watching!
3:50 good day sir, I SAID GOOD DAY. lol
Thanks for watching!
i love your dry sense of humor
UA-cam did it to me. My normal sense of humor is more like George Carlin, Bill Burr, and Patrice Oneal. I'm a natural born potty mouth >:)
@@CitizenStandpointNews you should do stand up
is that a judges order? cop replies AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH LOL
Busted!
Well played.
Thanks! Like, Share, and Subscribe as always!
Way to go buddy!
I love that name. Thanks bud!
AWESOME!!!😀💢😀💢😀💢😀💢😀💢😀💢😀💢😀
Glad to see your unique emotes again.
My local DMV is in a building that also holds court. The cops doing security told me that I had to wear a mask to go in the building. They said it was an order. They did not know anything about the order and got mad at me when I asked them about it. So I asked the cop why he was mad about being questioned . The other cop looked it up on their computer and after reading it they still could not tell me if this was law or a simple judges order. Seemed to me to be only a Judges order maybe the Judge is also a Doctor, cops laughed about that.
Nobody likes to get led down the road where they have to eat their own words.
Even a pig has a little bit of smarts, but that was a fucking potato.

I don't think he knows much of anything except what he wants to think.
I could see the gears churning. Thanks for watching Sting Ray.
Footage looks amazing, is there a stabilizer setting., this officer is not very informed, short but great video!!!
In this video I'm using a monopod and sony ax53 camcorder that has a floating lens. I love an hate the floating lens. Thanks for watching and don't forget to hit that subscribe button! This is one of my more "innocent" videos.
Man does that cop seem a little slow or is it just me.
You actually came. That awesome
I did :) I got some decent information out of this trip too. Which means I may have to return. I live 4 hours away and I have a rather large area to cover, but still possible for a revisit. There's a couple other videos I uploaded last week from Kankakee. Freaking attorney saved the security guard, that's rare... Don't forget to hit the Like, Share, and Subscribe buttons!
He is definitely making them up he goes and he is too used to it. Blueline thug if you push him for sure
That cop did a good job! If I was an officer I would have handled it the same way except.... I would have figured out what the law or order was that said u can't film on the property or inside. I guess some people are just lazy and don't really care or don't want to bother. I'm waiting for the day u get inside I know it is coming. I am also an Illinois resident, schaumburg area. Love your audits!
Thanks for the informative comment and compliment! Not all courthouses in Illinois block you out. Sangamon County allows you access all over except inside the courtrooms.
it was funny as soon as you pointed out the cameras on their building he saw the irony and just walked away
I think he knew when I immediately asked about the judges order. Smash that Like, Share, and Subscribe buttons as always! Thanks for watching!
I can tell he's pretty nice! This cop doesn't want to fight
I believe you're right. He still tried some BS but I suspect he knew I was an auditor when I went straight to asking for the judges order. Ultimately he made the right call. I'm surprised this video has as many views as it does. If he increased the aggression and lies it would simply increase the view count.
Check out what happened to Georgia Guardian yesterday. UA-cam won't allow me to post a link, but you won't believe it!!!
I will check it out. Thanks for the heads up. Hit that share button!
I've never heard of a ban on cell phones and electronics in a courthouse. How does that even work?
Nobody except attorneys are allowed to bring them in. I've only been in one courthouse where they actually have lockers for people to store these types of items. The amount of court hearings that people have probably missed because they were running out to their car is astounding.
There use to be a saying "last one out of Kankakee turn off the lights" or something like that
It looks to be true. Many closed up businesses from what I saw.
Nice to see a local person doing this stay safe
Gladly, I'm not from Kankakee though. I'm still from Illinois if that counts. Thanks for watching and be sure to hit the Like, Share, and Subscribe buttons. Those buttons really do help the channel out and ensure the continuation of these audits.
@@CitizenStandpointNews I do and you are
Oh, you're from Quincy?

Sweet, I was confused for a moment. I will be back up that way soon enough. I have to be careful with weather. I may actually move down south for winter just because I can't operate my cameras out in freezing temperatures. I hope you follow along on that adventure. Last time I was in the South I was in Ft Benning, not enjoyable.
1:55 had me DYING of laughter.

Well done guys....jeanette england.
Good to see you again. Thanks!
The public is allowed inside.
Right you are.
Is it just me or does this deputy sound super stoned? I bet all he’s thinking about is when he can get his ass to Taco Bell.
Sounds like somebody that didn't want to show up to work to me.
What a joker

Sheriff's Police is the stupidest title for a law enforcement agency ever...
It would sound like a jurisdiction issue just waiting to happen. I'm not sure if you're a subscriber but it would be awesome if you were!
IF it is a court house and ONLY a court house then a judges order can apply to the entire interior of the building BUT IF there is a city, county or state office of any kind that has public access then a judges order can only apply to that judges specific courtroom according to the 1st Amendment
Lovely building . Sadly PEOPLE only get to see it from inside ; - when on the STAND . Man or woman UP - judges . Taxes paid for it ;)
This guy is harmless. I actually like how he acting!!!!
I would drink a beer with him. No hate towards him.
I love Americans - "A hundred years, that old!" - I have shirts older than that .
We are a young country. The only truly old stuff you can find around here are Native American arrowheads.
It's actually not dirty it's a special coating that rejects light reflects a lot of light and so that it doesn't get absorbed into the lens and cause a flare. On the security camera you were talking about it's actually quite a new design in fact
Almost got me there... Smash that subscribe button!
Must be a very powerful judge to be able to override the law seemingly anywhere.

judges basically do whatever they want man
What a creep
Wow, this is public education? What a waste of everybodies time.
I learned plenty.
Just subbed, and will for anyone brave enough to stand up against these clowns. Thank you for what you do, and be safe out there, watch your back. Please find a belief sharing friend, to watch each others back, and someone to drop you both off, and pick you up, or use Uber to pick you up at a big store, and drop you off.
Thanks for the sub! I wished I had somebody closer to me for all that. I audit small towns often so there's no point in trying to hide my car. I don't have anything to hide and my car has cameras... Thanks for watching!
