La Soufriere Volcano- North-Western Leeward Trail. Post-Eruption

it's our very 1st time back on the Volcano through the North-Western Leeward Trail. An average 3 to 4 hours hike, generally a very challenging route...so we didn't know what to expect after the last eruption in April of 2021.
We advise you to climb the La Soufriere Volcano on the Eastern Trail- Windward Side at this time until this old Trail is properly cleaned and restored. Please take along a local guide or contact Adventure Island SVG for packages.
The Government of St Vincent & the Grenadines through NEMO states that you can climb the volcano at your own risk The current stage is code Yellow.
