I used Luxalgo's indicator service for the first month. I paid for the first month and don't want to continue using it. But I strangely forgot to turn off the auto-renew feature. After 4 months, my Paypal renewed itself when I had no need to use it. I sent an email to ask for a refund of the money I had unexpectedly extended. But admin Logan asked me to cancel the dispute on Paypal to continue with the refund. When I canceled the painting from my Paypal supervisor, I received a notification from admin Luis to contact Paypal. Please Luxalgo please refund me the $67 that my account was automatically paid unintentionally.
