The word of God is a weapon and it's only effective for those who know how to use it, many have called on the name of Jesus in the times of trouble and nothing happened, because some do not even have faith in the name while some do not understand the revelation behind the name of Jesus, it's not enough to have the bible in your hands, having knowledge of the word of God and knowing how to apply it in the times of prayer and in the days of trouble is what makes it effective.

How u expecting miracles of somebody who doesn’t believe and not even trying to seek the God, might name JESUS ! Papa is right, what I am trying to say, that this is not only about WILL of the God but also about CHOICE of human beings, something u are talking to someone who mocked the God and TELL me Are you expecting the miracle in Holy name of Jesus ??? This is what Pastor Papa trying to say, you can pray and fasting and call Jesus Name on somebody who needs help and nothing going to happen. The name of Jesus is powerful. Anybody can call upon that name and see deliverance. Jesus is for the lost,the sick,the vulnerable, the prisoner, the poor and the disabled. Jesus died for us so we can call upon him anytime. The name of Jesus is powerful.

When a sinner calls upon him, to the sinner, he is exalted. God will do wonders.
If the believer does not exalt him in the same area and then prays... He gets nothing.
