I remember getting this, COD ghosts and battlefield 4 on PS4 launch day and fully expecting to have this game on the back burner and it ended up being my most played game up to the middle of 2014. Seems like a lifetime ago but it was only 6 years ago! Great year.
Killzone 2 multiplayer was amazing but i never got super into it like i did with modern warfare 2 lol Killzone 3 multiplayer was my favorite of the whole series though, I havent tried shadow fall yet

Same guy that was a multiplayer lead on Killzone 2. Lots of hints that Guerrilla is working on the next killzone game. On LinkedIn it’s said that he’s working on a next generation(PS5) game in a multimillion dollar franchise that’s multiplayer focused. Sounds like killzone to me.
Wow, I still remember playing this game in 2014, it's a magic memory, the 10 years old me getting the last PS4 with this game on day 1, loving the entire story and I still remember so many bits of it after so many years, and I easily forget the games I play or movies I watch nowadays! I literally remember playing a specific mission and then my dad bringing me to the park with my cousins, just a random memory, also all that time spent on the multiplayer, it was my second fps (After resistance 2 on the ps3 which is still my favorite game up to this day), and I totally loved it, and still do this day I remember all the maps, and damn were they great, at least for the 10 years old noob me. I'm a pc gamer now, I'm great at fps but nothing comes close to the Killzone Shadow Fall experience, it was just something else, also the graphics and animations are TOP TIER, really, like just take a look a this vid, and to say it was all on a mere PS4, wow.
they all look and feel fantastic visually, but playing them (2 and 3 in my experience) was a bit heavy to control. Even this video feels a bit exhausting to watch because of how heavily the characters move to do absolutely anything at all apart from standing still, its like watching weightlifting or something. FOV is also narrow, idk if that can be changed in settings, but is dangerously narrow fov in this vid, running around like a blinkered horse. Thats my option, but apart from that i agree it is very underrated!
The problem is, that thats all..they threw away this series and we never will get another game of killzone. They just did the same with killzone as Monolith did with the No one lives forever-series, the same happened to Mirrors edge..

I got it for $10 last Black Friday. PS4 PS Hits games were 50% off from $20 to $10. This was one of the six games II bought. Havent played Killzone since Liberation on PSP. Looking forward to get back into the series.
After 7 years this game still holds up AL 1 of the beautiful games on the ps4 also is it possible to find a full lobby online 😊 just to bad so, many people have forgotten this one beloved franchise
I never played it imo due to having an xbone but this game has a perfect aesthetic imo. I'm a huge halo fan and I love the sci Fi aspect and that it has a longer ttk
I'm a halo guy but i had a ps3 aswell as a 360 and got killzone 3, loved it had so much fun playing it didn't like killzone 2 the controlls were horrible.

KZ3 is perfect in every aspect. The map is georgeus, well polished and as far as i remember it's very fluid with constant safe base spawn point. Every class has it's own unique trade, The sound effect is amazing, the guns sounds is loud and chaotic but at the same time you can hear the wind, the snow and distance ambience. I love that game so much.
@tom the point would be preference. I can play xbox games on PC, so why do I play xbox and don't even own a PC? I like it better. If all games were on everything, console would have to compete with hardware not software. We could have better systems and controllers if that's what the only difference is. Think about cars, everyone makes a suv, but some are better than others. You go for the one you like most or suit you.
@tom Wrong. I'd rather play xbox games on xbox. I enjoy it a lot more compared to when I play them on PC. I'm not saying the game is better, I'm saying the experiance is better for me on console. So if all games were on all systems. The company's would have to make their systems better than others and/or offer a better experiance on said console. I definitely like the xbox eco system better than playstation. I prefer the controller too. I only like mouse and keyboard for mmo and rts games.
