Saw this live in Detroit and man, was it is the biggest/best surprise.. Tom feels all the way back and they sound (arguably) better than ever. Just so excited to hear the new album and appreciate them all together again.

If anyone is upset about Not Now being taken down a step! It is quite common for most musicians to do this. It is to help keep the voice strong throughout shows. Maroon 5 does it alot. Anyways, in 99 when Adams Song came out off Enema, the song was brought down by a half step because it was so hard even then for mark to sing! Not Now, and Adams Song are blinks hardest songs to sing, if they gave it their all, their vocals could be affected with the remaining songs. Carousel is probably the hardest of all for tom, and Dammit for mark! Tom has to do to the chorus for Dammit for that very reason!

I thought about it and The reason this song is so beloved is because this was peak blink when self titled came out and this was actually a b side from that record. Back then just accessing music wasn’t as easy as it is now so once this tune was bestowed upon blink fans it was just a banger. When he gets aggressive on the 2nd half of the verses It just hits man.
