Actually the ratings were up this year for this WS and Fox won the battle in the ratings over ABC, CBS, NBC. Just because "you" personally don't like either team you don't speak for the world. Two great franchises played and it was a good WS and it was good for baseball.

Just my opinion, but I think every major sports league out there should end a championship series with a handshake line, like they do in the NHL. It shows class, respect and a good understanding of sportsmanship for the future of the kids that will eventually play the game.

I hate Joe Buck. I would rather hear Vasgersian calling the World Series over Joe Buck. By the way, clever name "Huge Ass"

its bullshit? how bout they were the best team with the most heart that got key contributions at clutch times from ALL of their players.. the cardinals and tigers were both leaning on 2 or 3 guys to make big hits.. the red sox got a grandslam from victorino and one from papi.. we got a game winner from salty.. basically every one on our team.. how are we the evil empire? we waited 86 years to win one... and did it via coming back from down 3-0 to the yankees in the alcs.. to win.. top 5 sports moments of all time.. curt shilling pitching brilliant hurt.. you can't understand classic sports
Hart Dietrich as i tell u before that was then and this is now that the redsox are losing again . so keep holding on to those memorys because that all u going to have when boston dont win again for another 65 years and the new curse will rise.As u see right now we have own them so far this year,and we beat them last night. dont that tell u something
the red sox and yankees swap good seasons.. they are both competetive teams.. the red sox are having a horrible year..boo-hoo.. they won the world series last year it happens.. you know how hard it is to repeat? especially replacing sure thing players with developing talent..they are working towards the future..if the yankees don't win the world series this year or next year..they are gonna regret those huge contracts on injury prone and old players
