How to Brew the Perfect Cup of Coffee with the Aeropress

We have a fun and delicious brew method for you! The Inverted Aeropress Method has been used by many of the best baristas in the world and we want to share it with you!

Here’s the Setup:👇👇

Brewer Position: Inverted
Dose: 18g Coffee
Water: R.O. @ 198°F
Filters: 1 AeroPress Filter, Rinsed
Grinder Setting: Mahlkoenig 3.5
Total Time: 2 min
Coffee: Colombia Coagronevada Magdalena

Method:
1. Add ground coffee into Aeropress
2. Pour 100g of water over coffee grounds and gently stir (30-35 times)
3. At 1:20 screw on the cap and press out the remaining air
4. At 1:30 flip and press for 30 seconds (minimum 1:40)
6. Add 125-150g of water for perfect dilution
7. Swirl and Enjoy!
