Thank you for your video! Did my first application last night and I was impressed! I used a nail-file to sand my nails beforehand, so they were not smooth but a little rough. Then I used rubbing alcohol to prep instead of the polish remover. (Got those tips from The Salon Life.) I think next time I'll try two layers of top coat and cure between each layer. I haven't gotten any chips yet, but the very tip of my middle finger is showing the very slightest bit of natural nail even though I did paint the free edge.
I really liked your review. I watched hoping for application tips, having received my set this morning. At my first go I found that a very thin coat (as recommended in the kit instructions) gave me a streaky “dry” result. My second attempt was more generous and I got much better results. It’s been a long time since I’ve done my own nails so I’m a bit out of practice but this is perfect because my nails just will not stand up to regular acetone soaking.
Thanks so much! I completely agree with you on that one- I found a thin coat didn’t work for me. But too thick can be troublesome too so a happy medium if you can hone your skill is what I think works best! 🖤
Thanks so much! Definitely do - I am so glad I have a good option now and my nails are breaking less. I didn't mention in the video but the removal is pretty easy - no foils needed!

Is there anything you did differently between the first and second application to get a longer lasting result?
