This line hits so hard. When my best friend who was more like a sister to me, committed suicide, I sunk into a deep pit of depression. At one point I looked at myself and saw it for real. The weight I’d lost, my sunken eyes, tear streaked cheeks, matted hair, and I realized that I didn’t want to live like that. That’s not what she would’ve wanted. So about a year and a half later, here we are. I’ve gone through therapy, medication, and acceptance, and I can safely say now that I’m happy. Anyway, I just wanted to share my story. I remember finding this song, the non nightcore version, in fourth grade on a Scratch M.A.P call for HollyLeaf, and I never saw the finished part of it and I'm still looking for it to this day. I'm now going into 6th grade, time has flown ever since then. I always listen to the night core version of the song because I just love it so much. I still am curious to the finished production of that M.A.P, same with two other that i found with songs i still love to this day.

Have you ever thought about a misfortune to comment? And then changed your mind after reading the comments of people who have it worse? Or was going to comment how lucky you are but don't because you don't want to upset the people who have had misfortune? Why do I feel like my miniscule problems don't deserve to be acted on or shared just because they are less than others? And why don't I feel like I have the right to share my blessings because there are so many people struggling? Do you know the weirdest thing of all? That I can share this where anyone can see it and not tell anyone in my life about these feelings. Because there are people in my family who struggle with much worse than me nearly every day.
My own parents always tried to drag me down and they will always try to do that but they will always only keep trying because as long I am Alive I will not let anybody make me feel bad about myself because I know my worth ,I am an Aries I will always win😏👸You can't control me.

It's like one minute you're a 5th-grade kid who just walked out of Elementary school, and then the next minute you're an 11-12-year-old who is fully expected to act like an adult and all of a sudden be the best at everything and somehow be able to take care of everything and everyone

in my district 6th grade is elementary and 7-8 is middle, so I'm in 6th and I'm going to 7th next year and I'm already nervous 😩
Black Heart depends on the school. My 7th year was actually fine. And yes, I did go to a very toxic school environment before. I changed school between my 6th and 7th year. Almost everyone in my new class have had problems with being bullied, so there was little of it. Yeah, there were some fights and drama, but not the cruelty, lies and toxicity of my old school.
Just got out of high school and telling you it’s gonna get worse before it gets better

This song is basically my life, I was enjoying my childhood, then at age 10. I noticed I was different, I thought things over too much, I read too much, I played too many games, I was really weird to everyone else. I lost my friend that I'd had since I was 3. I was alone. Then I found out I had depression. I went to the highschool everyone in my school was going to (my sister goes there too.) then, I found friends, I took their kindness, I tried to give kindness back, but it didn't work. I abandoned them in the end, they just wanted me to do as they say, act like them. But I wasn't like them, so I left them alone. I don't know if I'm alive or not, but if I can get a good job and good life out of highschool, I don't care who I talk to/don't talk to. Bc it's not going to effect me in the slightest. Except if I hung around with the wrong crowd, which I don't. I know your not gonna like or comment bc ur not like me, but if you are, I wish you good luck 💕💕

I know how you feel't, I had a friend since year2 but we fell apart after I didn't feel like I was belong they were all girly and did stuff like handstands but I couldn't do in year4 I got sick and was lonely since year5. My year4 mind didn't really care and I do have friends but since I'm moving I know everyone wants to be friends with the new girl. But I'm shy and have Autism so making friends is kinda hard so UA-cam is my home where me and my people can talk and be free from life

I'd like to thank sia for creating this song as it has helped me and is still helping me through my suicidal thoughts and feelings at the moment and in the past, this reminds me of so much but it keeps me going.. whenever i feel like i was to kill myself i listen to this song to remember that i am still breathing in fact, may whoever else suffers from this see this.. you are worth it, please keep living on, if you are stuck in the dark, look for the light.
