Thankyou for all you do Mr. Peakfiddler. Your artistry and creativity are truly impressive. Your tunes add beauty to the days of those who listen to your work. Many thanks.
A mighty fine little jig there, Mr. P. Very catchy tune. Made me want to put down my mando and do a bit of flat footin'. Good on you, my friend, for yet another fine tune. Take care, keep 'em coming and Cheers. Bob in Montana
It's shorter that a Bouzuki, more or less half way between a Mandolin and a Bouzuki. Normally tuned GDAE a tone down from a Mandolin, but on this occasion I retuned to ADAD.
@Peter Rahill Yes Peter, it's on a par with the Banjo and that's why I rarely play Banjo and Mandola on the same recordings, as they simply blend together and sound like one instrument. I would like to buy an Irish tuned bazouki at some stage so the two will work well together.
@@peakfiddler Hi, i've only just found your videos and really enjoying them, i have a very small amount of knowledge regarding your 'mandolin' is it wasn't known as an English guitar?
The piano peice at the end is particularly lovely.
Merci bravo !
Wonderful, always!
Thanks again!
The fantastic Peakfiddler Band!! Cheerful and beautiful tune. Thanks.
Our pleasure!

Formidable tune/-s ! Thanks very much. Say, is your Mandola like an Irish Bouzuki with other strings?
