Amazing. I welcomed fatigue and chronic illness, the victim, suffocation (who made her presence very large), the computer addict, shame (who arrived late, and was embarrassed, and procrastination (who arrived at midnight). I gave each the same greeting, with equanimity.
I should have slept more, pain, chronic illness fatigue, procrastination to take care of my health, happiness, loneliness, compulsion to eat and cellphone, need connection, the air on my skin feels good. And recognizing this doesnt make me feel sad at all, its ok.

I am so happy you were able to welcome all of these parts of you with equanimity. Thank you so much for sharing them with me, Margaret.
