i got transfer. actually i discussed with my old company HR , he said yes i can get transfer after my contract expired. so i asked to send request from new employer , at the time they sent request.... once i accepted the request in QIWA the status turned into "PENDING FOR CURRENT EMPLOYER APPROVAL" then i informed and asked my old company to accept it. they accepted
