Fire!

Mike and Walter talk about their firsthand experiences with wildfires in Los Angeles and Santa Rosa, California. They discuss how fire agencies seem to have forgotten hard-earned lessons from past catastrophic fires, leading to devastating consequences. And, in a cruel twist of fate, it wasn’t until Walter and his wife moved out of LA to the northern coast of California that fire ultimately consumed their home and everything they owned.

I agree, very interesting. Husband and I are thinking of moving to Jubilee from N Cal, and we're quite familiar w the Tubbs fire and other fires in the region (esp the Caldor) so your insights are appreciated.
