A true soldier, a General for the Lord. The shonuf real deal! It's wow to me...I was watching Bishop Patrick Wooden preaching yesterday (July 26), and Mother Rivers came across my mind. She will be missed. We just don't have many old school church mothers like her. Thank you Lord for her unforgettable legacy. Truly, she made a mark that can never be erased. Mother sound like my mother. Married at 18 had 12 children, married 42 years before he passed. She was saved at a young age,..and a minister in the Church of God. She wore many titles. She drug us all to church and to her friends church who was COGIC😅😅
In heaven we are well. Not laying down somewhere resting, but enjoying our reward. Blessed people have left blessed legacy and examples. Enjoyed this song - "They belong to God." Her message was about JESUS.❤❤
As a follower of many of the servants of the church of God in Christ, I must extend condolences to Mother Rivers family and the church community. I know this lady only from watching church of God in Christ videos and live services. A heart of gold and pure in all ways. She was a true servant of the Lord Jesus.
