As an immigration attorney, can you please explain why none of these requirements or rules apply to those pouring in through our southern border. No visa or other requirements are needed. How is that legal?? 🤔 Thank you
#replay hellooo, thank you for sharing this information :) under this note, if I have my tourist visa and go to the US to visit my fiance while being in the K1 visa process, and they happen to deny my entrance, how does that affect the k1 visa process?
I looked everywhere I couldn't find how many times (90 days) during the 2 years of an esta we are allowed . Impossible to find a clear answer in the esta documents . Thank you so much
This is exactly the situation that I am in. My prometida has a tourist visa, but has a difficult time getting approval to come into the US to visit. They haven't denied her, but I think they feel that she is coming to visit me, and they don't like that. Or, maybe I'm being paranoid. At some point, I will contact you about representation for a spouse or fiancee visa, but we are not at that point yet.
Ok so what if I have a K1 filed but I get approved for a B1 and visit... could I marry my spouse over there and switch my status over time? or because we already filed the K1 that's impossible?
One of your other videos from 2 years ago (October 17, 2020), did not recommend getting married while on a tourist visa (by filing for a change in status); stating that it makes the process more difficult and costly. Is that still true now? I know things have relaxed a little under the current administration. It seems that filing a K1 is a better route to go. Then, they know why the immigrant is coming. Or, maybe I am not understanding the whole process.

This is a video that I need. Can I apply for a tourist visa while applying for a K1 visa at the same time?
Can I come to the US for a short visit using B1/B2 visa after I receive K1 visa?

If your fiancé already has a visa, why even start a visa for fiancé. Makes no sense. Just tell her to fly in and marry her when she gets here.
